A doula is like your birth BFF, fairy godmother, and hype woman all rolled into one. She’s there to rub your back, cheer you on, and remind you that you are, in fact, a total rockstar—even when things are getting tough. Think of her as your calm in the chaos, your personal advocate, and the one who actually reads all those pregnancy books so you don’t have to.

Birth Doula
Every birth is unique—and you deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported through yours. As your doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support from pregnancy through labor and birth. I’m not a replacement for medical providers—I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you feel calm, confident, educated and empowered.
Prenatal visits to prepare for birth and postpartum
24/7 on-call support from 38–42 weeks
Labor support at home, birth center, or hospital
Postpartum visits to debrief, process birth, and support feeding
Postpartum Doula
Welcoming a baby is beautiful and exhausting. Postpartum doula support offers nurturing care for your whole family while you rest, recover, and bond. Whether you need extra hands during the day or restful overnight support, I’ll meet you where you are.
Day time support (minimum 4 hours)
Overnight support (10pm- 6am)
Feeding support (breast/chest/bottle)
Light meal prep and household tidying

A midwife is your medical expert, focused on keeping you and baby safe and healthy throughout labor and birth. A doula is your guide and emotional anchor, there to nurture, comfort, and cheer you on every step of the way. Think of it like this: your midwife helps bring baby safely into the world, and your doula makes sure you feel supported, empowered, and cared for through it all.

Yes, I attend all births in supportive settings.

In the rare event that I’m unavailable due to illness or another birth, one of my trusted backup doulas will attend in my place. You’ll meet them beforehand, so you’ll feel comfortable and supported. I’ll still be available by phone and will personally follow up with you for postpartum care.
